Study Of Fairness And Justice China Characteristics In The Cause Of Building Of Socialism

Fairness and justice is an important part of the ideology of scientific socialismtheory. Marxist ideology fairness and justice studies is not only a perfect socialist theoryitself, but also the need for the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics. After apractice of reform and opening up and development of China’s market economy, thesocialist society with Chinese characteristics, political, economic, social and profoundchanges have taken place, also accumulated a lot of deep-seated contradictions andproblems. And justice is the interests of all sectors of society are properly coordinated,contradictions among the people and other social conflicts can be handled properly, canbe a harmonious society as a whole, the fundamental way of scientific development.This paper analyzes the ideas of fairness and justice in different periods of thehistory of evolution, combined with Marx and Engels fair view of justice, fairness andjustice to explore the ideas of socialism with Chinese characteristics, both from thetheoretical and practical aspects in this process, we not only actively learn from Westernideas of fairness and justice especially Rawls’s conception of justice, but also to theactual situation in China, to promote and achieve social justice as a fundamental valueorientation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and between its social andeconomic justice, mutual political reform relations conducted a comprehensive sort, howto promote and protect further the full realization of justice in the cause of buildingsocialism with Chinese characteristics at this stage, put forward their own ideas.
