The Research On The Social Fairness And Justice In Current Chinese Society And The Strategies

During the period of Eighteen National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our nation refers to this term "fairness and justice" time and again. Fairness and justice are permanent themes and pursuit of human society, in the meantime, they are also vital ruler to weigh whether social civilization is advanced or not, what’s more, they are the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We must, relying on the concerted efforts of all the Chinese people and based on economic and social development, set up efforts to develop institutions that are vital to ensuring social fairness and justice; establish in due course a system for guaranteeing fairness in society featuring, equal rights, equal opportunities and fair rules for all, and foster a fair social environment. And to ensure People’s equal right in participation and development is the pursuit of permanent value and fundamental principle for human society. Social fairness is also one of the basic characteristics of socialist harmonious society. As a sort of concept or norm, fairness is closely related to the history of human civilization. It shows that fairness owns different concrete contents in different period of historic development. With the advancement of era and depth of reform and opening up, some social unfair issues occur gradually in the process of highly developing society. Whether these issues can be solved or not determines the operation and maintenance of our social system and social stability. There is an old saying that injustice, resentment, injustice provokes outcry. Therefore, deeply researching these social fair issues in order to address this problem possesses both theoretical and practical meanings.This paper is composed of introduction, main body and conclusion. In the first chapter, it illustrates research background,research status, main contents and significance of the research. Then the main body can be classified into four chapters. The chapter two aims to introduce and analyze connotations of social fairness and justice, which research the scientific connotation and illustration in China history about social fairness and justice. Chapter Three analyzes systematically unfair and unjust issues in current society and the influences, in this part, it lists sequentially unfair situation in economic, political, social and cultural fields, and illustrates the negative effects which lead to social turbulence and hinder the development process of the society and restrict seriously economic construction and social development. Chapter Four deeply explores the ideological, political and structural causes that arouse these unfair issues, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures in the following text through the integrated analysis pointed to subjective and objective factors. Chapter Five takes a global view of ways and measures about realizing social fairness and justice.
