Social Policy Underpinning Research To Safeguard Social Fairness And Justice

The political bureau of the CPC central committee meeting in 2013 pointed that we should insist on maintaining stability,adhere to the overall steady growth, adjusting structure, promoting reform in the second half of the year.Adhere to stable macroeconomic policies, microeconomic policies to live, to social policies underpinning,endeavor to realize the organic unity of the three,improve the quality and efficiency of economic development,continue to improve people’s livelihood.The people’s livelihood problem is the most concern of the people,The quality of people’s livelihood problem solving,whether directly related to social harmony and stability.Social policy is to solve and improve people’s livelihood as the key point,It covers various aspects, including social security, social assistance and public administration,it is to promote the well-being of the people and achieve equitable and harmonious society important system design.In this paper, in order to maintain social fairness and justice as the value to social policy backstops as basic requirements,on the disadvantaged groups of the people’s livelihood security as the goal pursuit,it is divided into five parts:The first part of the concept of justice and social policy are described, analyzed their significance and effect.In addition, this part also related to the theoretical basis underpinning the social policy are outlined.
