Any ruling party are facing the problem of how to govern, the scientific degree of theparty’s ruling is directly related to consolidate its position as the ruling and the country’sdevelopment and stability, relations with the entire reform process, including the reform ofthe political system sustainability. Reform and improve the party’s governing style, to makeit scientific to solve the problems and contradictions of the party’s governing style toconform to the requirements of the times change and social transformation, also the partyon the economic development of the new situation and new challenges a positive response,this is the way to explore the party’s governing scientific practical significance. The theoryof governance is an important part of the party’s governing theory.
