This is bound to generate asubstantial obstacle to building a harmonious society in China. Theestablishment of a socialist country under the rule of law are bound tobe of Chinese farmers to protect the right, it is also in rural China, theproper meaning of the Social Security Act and the essential requirement.This paper combined with China’s national conditions from a legalperspective the macro and micro considerations of Chinese farmers’ rightto social security, and fully expect to identify able to respond to thesechallenges of legal principles and the pursuit of value, and look forwardto these problem can be solved. The paper is divided into three parts inthis article is divided into an introduction and body of two parts.
