Mobile E-government Environment Of The Emergency Management

In the field of crisis management, IT has become an important tool topromote the development of crisis management and improve the emergencyhandling capacity on public crisis. Mobile e-government is the product oftraditional e-government combined with mobile communication platform for thegovernment to bring about profound changes in the field of crisis management.Mobile E-Government have many advantages, it had broken the traditionalgovernment mode limit, by means of the advantages of mobile technology，Crisis management and the quick developing mobile government， mobiletechnology in the system of government emergency management platform tospeed up information processing， expanded mobile government in thegovernment crisis management， reflecting the concept of governance ofservice-oriented government. Government emergency management agenciesneed to strengthen the mobile technology for emergency management services，and support to the features and benefits of information systems in thecrisis management process. In this paper mobile e-government platform is a starting point， based onprevious studies，Foucus on the effective role played by the mobile governmentin which the emergency management of public crisis. The practice inpromoting the development of mobile government was also be discussed on theconditions of the Mobile e-Government emergency management modelinnovation and related issues.
