Study On The Construction Of A Learning-Type Rural Grass-Roots Party Organization

Building a Marxist learning-type party is a major strategic task set at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party. Rural grass-roots party organization, as the organization foundation of our party to administrate, is burdened with guiding peasants to a prosperous, well-off and harmonious new countryside.
