Comment On Exerting Point Of Party Construction In State-owned Enterprise

The ideological and political work of Party building has always been an importantpart for the state-owned enterprises, and it’s also an important guarantee for them toenhance their market competitiveness. With the planned economy system to socialistmarket economic system transformation in the new period, the work of Party building instate-owned enterprises put forward new challenges and problems.This paper includes four parts. Above all, it is a review of the exploring andexperience in state-owned enterprises’ Party building. It traces three generations ofleaders’ experience of exploration for the state enterprises construction, and the historicalexperience. And then it analyzes the reform direction of state enterprises in the newperiod in two angles of the modern enterprise system and the social responsibility of thestate-owned enterprises, and how to position the problem of Party building in the stateenterprises as well.The last part is a summary. Combining the situation abovea combination of theabove situation, it analyzes that in the new era the state enterprises’ reform should bebased on the three aspects: idea, system and method of vector.
