The study aims to review the relevant researches about Flexibility and Work-Life Balance, and give an overview of the correlation between the two factors, provide references for the future as well. Focus on the topic of Flexibility and Work-Life Balance, assume that there is a positive correlation relation between the two factors, at the same time, address the data from the studies which are available and can offer necessary ones according to the published studies after2000.Summarizing the relation between Flexibility and Work-Life Balance by means of Meta-Analysis, and also giving a discussion of the relation between relevant management practice which can represent Flexibility and Work-Life Balance, the negative Work-Life Balance can be replaced by Work-Life Conflict, this can demonstrate the direction of the correlation in a reasonable way. It can be concluded from the data analysis result that there is a positive correlation between Flexibility and Work-Life Balance, the Funnel plot give a precise picture which illustrates the existence of publishing bias otherwise. After the discussion about the result of Mete-Analysis and the limitation, while giving some suggestions and describing the perspective of future studies.
