The development of population aging has brought great challenges to the world,With the increase of the elderly population in the future,the problem of care for the elderly will become more and more serious.China is facing the helpless situation that children have no time to take care of their parents.Institutional endowment will become the preferred way of providing for the aged.How to enable the elderly to quickly adapt to the environment of endowment institutions,enhance the professionalism of social workers’ services,play a role in services,and how to reform the management system of endowment institutions to meet the growing needs of the elderly are all the research of this paper.Focus.Old people in old-age institutions are facing the changes of living environment and social environment,new residents are facing the strangeness of the people and environment around them,and the discomfort,anxiety and anxiety caused by the absence of family care.This change of identity and role requires a certain period of adaptation to transition,so as to solve the physiological,psychological and interpersonal interaction of new residents during the adaptation period.The problem of adaptation is conducive to the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly in the pension institutions,and in the long run,to the improvement of the pension service system.H elderly community in K city is a demonstration community for the aged in Xinjiang,and a pilot unit for standardization of first-level institutions for the aged and institutions in Xinjiang.The author takes H elderly community in K city as the research object,and conducts practical research from the perspective of social work,using the methods of documentation,observation and structural interviews.Based on the main theoretical support,activity theory and ecosystem theory,the author integrates the allocation of social resources through case work and group work to help the case owners solve difficulties and quickly adapt to the old-age pension opportunities.Constructive life.The purpose of this paper is to provide some references for the pension institutions to provide better services for the elderly and for the introduction of the national pension policy and the development of the pension industry.
