Food safety is an important problem of the national economy and people’s livelihood. As the saying goes that "Hunger breeds discontent". The food security situation is not only reflected the quality of life of people of a country, but also reflect a country’s administrative system, economic development, people’s moral standards, and the country’s legal construction. In recent years, the food safety problems occurs frequently in China and A variety of food safety issues highlighted of repeated, all the food situation cause consumers to lose confidence. Due to the aspects Characteristics of asymmetric information, the wide implications and the irreversible loss, the food industry market failures become the norm. Therefore, the food safety supervision in shouldering the important task of the regulation of food markets and the regulation of food production. Although in2009China promulgated a special "Food Safety Law", but the legal system of China’s food security still lacks systematic and complete, enforcement system exists problems of the powers and responsibilities are not clear and the law enforcement is non-standard. In addition, the food safety legislation of rural and small workshops is vacancies. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance that to study China’s food safety regulatory laws.This article is divided into a total of six parts:The first part introduces the research background and research purposes in this paper; The combing of the basic concepts of the second through the supervision of food safety, as well as the status quo of China’s food safety introduction, reveals the necessity and urgency of China’s food safety regulatory; The third part from the point of view of legislation and law enforcement problems in China’s food safety regulatory system; Part IV from the introduction of the regulatory approach of some developed countries, food safety and legal security system, summarize the lessons learned and their common characteristics, for China’s food safety supervision to learn from; The fifth part proposes to establish and improve China’s food safety regulatory legal system should follow the principles and shall establish and perfect the system; The last part through the conclusion of the presentation of papers a summary of the first five chapters.
