ShanDong suffered a lot from the Japanese invaders in the aspects of militaryaffairs,politics,economics and cultural in modern times.Part of ShanDong was Japanese colonywhere Japanese could enjoy privilege during the Initial stage of the Republic of China,and thenmost of it became Japanese colony in the late years of the Republic of China.As a plot to invadeChina,migration was indispensible to Japanese militarist.Accordingly,Japanese diasporasbecame an accessary for the economic expansion and colony ruling by Japan in ShanDong.Eventhough it is unfair to deem that all Japanese diasporas commit crimes,as a special group growingout of Japanese colonialism and thus with various kinds of privilege,they commit numerouscrimes in ShanDong.The methods mainly used to analyze the crimes and their internal causes aretextology and statistics.This research can further broaden the view on the history of Japanesecolonialism in ShanDong and the whole China, benefit national academic circles on the totalresearch about Japanese diasporas,as well as enrich studies about local history of ShanDong.The first part of this paper is about the evolution of Japanese diasporas in moderntimes,including the textual research on Japanese diasporas ’changing population and theanalyzing on the increase or decrease trend and distribution charicteristic,hoping that readers canget a whole-view on Japanese diasporas.The second part analyzes the espionage done by modern Japanese diasporas in four timeslices,considering the extended span of time,which include times nearby the Sino-Japanese War,Period of The Russia-Japanese War,around the attack by Japan to ShanDong,after theSeptember18th Incident.The research will focus on the espionage methods,intelligent agents andthe inflence during the four mentioned time slices.The third part discusses the Japanese diasporas ’ smuggling activities,including threeperiods,as well as emphasizes the ammunition and noble metal smuggling.This part also intendsto analyze why the smuggling activities are so rampant,the structure of smugglers andsmuggling’impacts.The fourth part analyzes the drug trafficking by Japanese diasporas,with four time slicesdivided.Specifically,the drug trafficking in QingDao and JiNan will be the examples to analyzethe reasons,routs, drug-takers and impacts.The fifth part,with a few special incidents as the case,probes into the peccancies done byJapanese diasporas who count on their privilege in economic and polity, such as provoking fightsand quarrels,robbery and murdering.What they committed to ShanDong people,includingmolestation of women,gang-bang,gang brawls,robbery is unforgivable.Through the above research and analysis,we know that Japanese diasporas in Shandong in general is played inglorious role,They serve as the Japanese invasion of Shandong pacesetter andaccomplice.
