Knowledge process outsourcing as knowledge intensive industry are closely related with intellectual property rights. But in our conutry, our knowledge process outsourcing industry is still in the primary condition, and the construction of the creative industry of intellectual property rights are not perfect. This paper analyzes the intellectual property rights of knowledge process outsourcing,and proposed the authorized mode of intellectual property rights and the valuation system of each mode in China to control the intellectual property rights risk in KPO, and analyse the authorized mode of Intellectual property rights in the investigation of knowledge process outsourcing industry------Evalueserve (EVS) Business and Technology Research corporation in china. this paper researches and analyses the model of intellectual property licensing and value valuating systems,so as to bring sone reference to this emerging field.This paper mainly to solve the key problem above:Put forward the risk problem and control method of intellectual property in knowledge process outsourcing. For the reason that there exist knowledge sharing between the senders and the receiving parties in knowledge process outsourcing, the senders has to expose their core technology and knowledge to their partners. So the knowledge process outsourcing may faced with risks of intellectual property rights’run off; unfair distribution of intellectual property rights; unfair competition of intellectual property rights and Knowledge resources are being looted. This essay analyzes the mechanism and risk of intellectual property rights in knowledge process outsourcing, and devide the risks of intellectual property rights into the loss risk of intellectual property; the risk of infringe upon the third party’s intellectual property and risk of the wnership of Intellectual property rights.Confront with these risks,I Put forward a series of methods for controling,and the control mechanism of the intellectual property rights authorized mode in KPO, which I put forward is the most practical methods, mean:unlimited; pay-per-use and capacity-on-demand. I, as a selection party in this authorized model,I put forward:analysis of risk factor; analysis of benefit factor; strength analysis of adjusting and adapting abilities and shock strength and so on,so as to the most suitable authorized modes.The first part of the article introduces the concept of KPO to the reader, and form typical characters for KPO different from other outsourcing.The second part, proposed the analysis basis, the analysis model which can be used to identify the risk of intellectual property rights in the KPO, then the analysis results of the text can be more accurate, more persuasive. And analyzes the intellectual property rights in KPO,baesd the case of Jiang Tong anime which I had Tracking surveied before, and then summed up to form the framework.The third part is summarize the typical analysis method in Information Management Professional Part,and refined analysis model and methods which can be used to refine the KPO intellectual property risk identification, determine the feasibility,then get the risks of intellectual property in KPO combined with the analysis methods above.The forth part is base the risks above, Combined with the research which I do in the project of The New Century Talents of my last year,I get that reasonable authorization mechanism with my licensing models is the best way to control the risks of KPO, in addition to related Intellectual property laws.The last part Lists and analysis specificly the risk control model’s implementing above in enterprise buy using a typical examples of domestic KPO enterprise which my teacher is always Tracking investigation,so as to get the theory and practice could be Combined with.
