In the first part, theauthor analyzes the causes of ranking and the forms in real life. There are four reasons here: first,the historical reasons; second, the political reasons; third, economical reasons; forth, ideologicalreasons. Then, the author writes down four performances of ranking in modern society. First, thepolitical official and inequality, use power instead of law, the powerful husband and respectedwife your, etc.; Second, the economic officials living conditions of high and low depending onthe post and decide, officials of the grey income increase, also first guaranteed the economicincome officials; Third, the social security administration culture, serious bureaucratic situations,the increasingly igneous low civil servants, and creasy at entering government by anexamination; Fourth, the ideological blind worship of power, serious paternalism, and aim atowning power. In today’s society, the ranking of thought has some bad influences, mainlydisplaying in the following: first, the political institutions is bloated, the efficiency is low;Corruption breeding, affect social stability; Official and imbalance, the financial has a burden.Second, the economic dislocation leads to the inditinctions between government function andother parts; causing severe waste of public assets. Third, culture seriously hamper people to thefair and justice belief pursuit; Destruction of social conduct. Fourth, the thought form under theconcept of low on honor, affect the person’s national development; weakening the innovationability and the understanding of people’s will to change nature. In view of this, the author finallyproposes some countermeasures to solve these problems, and claims that we should put powerback to the people, to make sure that people are really the masters of the position. Moreover, weshould continue guide people’s idea of ranking from a conversion to civilian, especially from theperfect system of selection of officials and appointment mechanism, perfecting supervisionmechanism.Thus, under the background of constructing a harmonious society, it is very necessary inour country to research the ranking thoughts. From this, we can find a different perspective todeal with problems hindering the development of modern society, in order to service ourcountry’s construction and the lasting development of the whole society.
