The Research About The Path Of Social Work Involved In The Work Injury Rehabilitation

This paper takes Suzhou as an example, from the theory of social work, analyses the necessity and the feasibility of the intervention of the social work in work injury rehabilitation and discuss the method and the path of the intervention of the social work in the work injury rehabilitation. The intervention of the social work in the work injury rehabilitation is necessary and feasible to the improvement and enhancement of the system of work injury rehabilitation. We explore the the intervention of the social work in the work injury rehabilitation from the multi-channel of the construction of the work rehabilitation agencies, the environmental and ecological systems, the behavioral science, the building of the professional capacity and the social macroscopic aspect. We take the social work methods as the scientific theory and means in the aspects of the injury rehabilitation, the psychological rehabilitation, the vocational rehabilitation and the social rehabilitation and innovatively apply them to the work injury rehabilitation. It is conducive to the sound and comprehensive development of the work injury rehabilitation system, helps the localization of social work and extends the application of social work. It is also conducive to the sound and comprehensive development of the industrial injury insurance system and work injury rehabilitation system.
