Study On Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Work-related Injury Rehabilitation In Xuzhou

In the rapid development of the national economy,all walks of life blossom today,the company production gradually tends to mechanization,standardization,intelligent,production team scale continues to expand,industrial injury problems are common,has become a more common social problem.In China,both industrial accidents and occupational diseases show a significant increase in their incidence and severity.The number of people who become physically disabled due to production activities keeps increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously promote and actively carry out the cause of rehabilitation of modern industrial injury,promote industrial injury workers to restore their physical functions as soon as possible,professional ability to improve as soon as possible.In China,industrial injury rehabilitation is an emerging industry.It was not until2004 that industrial injury rehabilitation was explored and carried out in the form of pilot program,and its relevant system was formed based on the reform and optimization of industrial injury insurance system.In 2012,Xuzhou introduced based on the actual circumstance of the tentative management measures for Xuzhou work-related injury rehabilitation,marked the work-related injury rehabilitation began to carry out the pilot work,in a coordinated effort,after seven years of unremitting exploration and work-related injury rehabilitation policy gradually maturing,have also become more and more diversified service mode,help to meet the diversity and personality requirements of rehabilitation of work-related injury worker.However,because it is in the groping development period,the foundation is not solid,the cause of industrial injury rehabilitation in the process of development is still facing many difficult problems,the rate of industrial injury rehabilitation is obviously too low.Under the guidance of occupational risk theory and other relevant theories,a comprehensive and in-depth discussion is carried out according to the route of "service object,service content and service mode" of industrial injury rehabilitation,and the measures and methods conducive to the further development of industrial injury rehabilitation in Xuzhou are explored through empirical analysis.This paper will issue questionnaires to the general public and workers recovering from work-related injuries,and understand their views and attitudes towards relevant issues through questionnaires.Then,based on the current policies and actual work,this paper will conduct a comprehensive,strict and standardized empirical study on theobtained survey data.Through analysis,it is understood that although the work injury rehabilitation in Xuzhou has been carried out for several years,its development effect is not satisfactory,not only the work injury rehabilitation coverage scope is small,and the service level is low.The government should further improve the policy from the following five aspects: improving policy,increasing publicity,improving the ability of industrial injury rehabilitation,increasing capital investment and building social support network,so as to help the cause of industrial injury rehabilitation together with all sectors of the society.
