This research chooses Y charity supermarket in Suzhouas a typical case, which shows the process of raising, management, and relief of charitysupermarket, it also sums up the factors of restricting the charity supermarket, for examplethe role of charity supermarket is not clear, and the donation mechanism of which isunsound, the professional operation level and the social cognitive degree are low, and so on.According to the above problems, this research uses the theory of social engineeringsystem design perspective, where some corresponding countermeasures are suggested. Ialso hope that the research results can provide a intellectual support for promoting thesustainable development of charity supermarket.
