Research On The Innovation Path Of Operation In Charity Supermarket

As a form of organization that takes account of both social goals and economic goals,social enterprises become a new way for non-profit organizations to achieve development and improvement.As a non-profit organization,charity supermarket has been developing in China for 15 years.However,the operation of Charity Supermarket is in a dilemma of existence.Most charitable supermarkets have vague qualitative positioning,low collection capacity,high operation cost,low operation ability and lack of "hematopoietic" mechanism.In September 2016,Minhang District Xhenzhuang industrial area established Minhang District's first charity supermarket with social enterprise operation.It opened the social enterprise operation mode of Charity Supermarket.This paper adopts the research method of combining the literature research method,participant observation method and case study method,in this case Leshan Charity Supermarket Service Center "as the research object,using the principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,through the perspective of social enterprises,a series of problems on the operation of social charity supermarket business model innovation path exploration.On the basis of analyzing the survival predicament faced by charitable supermarkets,the introduction of social enterprise research perspective and the operation of social enterprisemode provide a feasible innovation path for the sustainable development of charity supermarkets.In the end,we put forward some suggestions from the government,the society and the Charity Supermarket to promote the innovation and development of the charity supermarket.This paper argues that social enterprises have hematopoietic function,which can earn profits through commercialized operation,so as to provide a stable source of funds for the organization and have independence in finance.Charity Supermarket with social enterprise mode,the realization of "Charity Supermarket +" operation,can change the current Charity Supermarket widespread hematopoietic insufficient phenomenon,the Charity Supermarket self hematopoietic ability,can no longer rely on government finance,so as to realize the sustainable development.Therefore,in the long run,the social enterprise should be the future direction of the charity supermarket.
