Research On Operation Of Charity Supermarket In Zhengzhou City

Charity supermarkets,as an important part of the social assistance system,play an active role in charity assistance in remedying government failures and market failures.The specific operational effectiveness of charity supermarkets directly affects whether it can sustainably develop.This research adopts literature research methods,case interviews,participation observations and other research methods,through field research on charity supermarkets in Zhengzhou City,and summarizes the status quo;then it analyzes operations in Huiji District and Erqi District Charity Supermarket in Zhengzhou City.Including the organizational structure,human resource composition,and material collection and management,etc.,in response to problems found during the investigation process,put forward suggestions for countermeasures in light of actual conditions and local conditions:1.To promote the commercialized management level of charity supermarkets and to strengthen the marketization process;2.Strengthen diversified services for charitable supermarkets and provide guidance for employment training;3.Establish information sharing system for donated items and build community charity supermarkets;4.Strengthen publicity for charity supermarkets and nurture awareness of charity for all;5.Include charity supermarket construction in civil affairs Important agenda,effectively improve support measures.Through research on the operation of charity supermarkets in Huiji District and Erqi District in Zhengzhou City,the case materials for charity supermarkets have been added;at the same time,it has also provided a feasible solution for charity supermarket operations in other regions.The concept of assistance and the mode of operation provide new ideas and directions.
