Ourcountry is in urgent need of exploring a new type of reasonable and effective charityrelief to cover the blank filed of government service. Based on this background, thecharity supermarket arises at the historic moment.Philanthropy is the lubricant to ease social contradictions, and the stabilizer toimprove people’s livelihood and promote social harmony, its development is also animportant symbol of a country and region civilization. As a new form of aid, charitysupermarket is an important means of "the distribution of social wealth for the thirdtime", it includes more vulnerable groups into the social security system, and provides agood opportunity of increasing living standards and individual development for therecipients.This article obtains from the present situation of China charity supermarket,taking jinan charity supermarket as an example, mining the source problems in theprocess of its development, than based on analysing and drawing on the successfulexperience of American goodwill charity supermarket, finally put forword to aninnovation operation mode of chinese charity supermarket in the core ofmarket-oriented operation mechanism.
