By referring to the foreign countries’ experience, it will put forward its interpretation of access supervision of Private Equity Fund, with a hope of providing constructive suggestions to China’s Private Equity Fund regulatory issues.With an overview of the access supervision of private equity funds, Chapter One firstly discusses the concept, the classification, etc. of Private Equity Fund, followed by an analysis of the necessity of the supervision. Then, it furthers its overview of the access supervision of Private Equity Fund.Chapter Two highlights the macroscopic perspectives of the access supervision of Private Equity Fund and puts forward advices on regulatory concept, management system and regulatory body by a reference to the experience of developed countries.Chapter Three is a summary of microscopic aspects of Private Equity Fund. It mainly discusses the access supervision of Private Equity Fund subject by analyzing the basic law relations in Private Equity Fund.
