Approach To The Shen Mingting Of Ming Dynasty

Established by the founder of Ming Dynasty Zhu Yuanzhang,"Shen Ming Ting" is an important mediation system in the root level of Ming Dynasty, and thereby is worth studying. The thesis is composed of three parts.Firstly, a brief analysis of "Shen Ming Ting" system will be conducted. It will explore why this system is formed, what functions it performs, and why it is accepted by the public.Secondly, the thesis attempts to probe into the specific content of "Shen Ming Ting" system. The significant role of the old in the system will firstly be emphasized, and following it come a detailed explanation of the old-oriented mediation system, and finally the pros and cons of this mediation system in the "Shen Ming Ting" will be analyzed.Thirdly, the thesis tends to dig out the ideas of mediation embodied in "Shen Ming Ting" of Ming Dynasty, and further finds out the hints that "Shen Ming Ting" gives to the modern society.Finally, the conclusion part focuses on two points. On one hand, it highlights academic significance of the thesis, which is the thesis stands on the giant’s shoulders but ambitiously surpasses the processors with its innovation. On the other hand, the enlightenment "Shen Ming Ting" system brings to the modern society is rediscovered and reaffirmed.
