With the quick development of Chinese economic, society has changed a lot. The peasant-workers, as a large number of social group, have begun generational change already. In China, new generation peasant-workers have become the main part of the farmers. For China stepping into a new social development stage, it is no doubts that new generation peasant-workers urbanization is a new problem. The first generation peasant-workers can’t leave the land that brings up several generations, so what they care the most is how to deal with these problems, like low-paid, poor living conditions, lack of social guarantee, difficult rights, and whether they can live in peace and work happily or not after returning home. But for those new generation peasant-workers making decision to live in the city, they care a series of problems, like how to settle down in one’s city and engage life. The march of contemporary Chinese modernization is a flowing process, with the transition of agricultural population, surplus rural labour shift to city. Into the city of agricultural population can come true the identity reconstruction of social relationship by mergering the society widely. Living in the city, new generation peasant-workers can create the value. Meanwhile, they also bring some influences to the society. With relevant theory of sociology, this passage applies questionnaire survey and depth interview to inspect life-style of new generation peasant-workers in Hefei. By analyzing their social characters to find out some problems in the process of urbanization,it also puts forward measures to promote new generation peasant-workers’urbanization. Part3, Problems of the new generation peasant-workers in the process of urbanization in hefei as well as its analytical reasons.This passage illustrates six aspects of migrant workers covering the employment, housing, marriage, children education problems, psychological problems and social welfare problems.Part4, means of improving the new generation migrant workers urbanization.
