Research On The Legal System Of Overseas Labor Dispatching In China

With the development of modern cities, an increasing number of high-rise building, elevator become an indispensable means of transport of daily life. As the recent growth in elevator usage, elevator accidents have also been increasing. The elevator frequent accidents causes people to pay more attention to the safety performance of the elevator. As a result, the following problems need to be solved:how to improve the security of the elevator and to reduce the elevator malfunction; how to send the help information when the failure occurs.In this paper, we have designed a monitoring system of elevator according to actual project. This system uses high performance32-bit freescale microcontroller and detects the operating status of the elevator by using a series of sensors. when the elevator fails, the system will seek for help with Ethernet and GPRS, while taking the necessary measures to appease trapped’s emotions. In addition, the system also allows managerial staffs to monitor the status of the elevator by Ethernet or GPRS.This paper describes the elevator safety monitoring system hardware and software design in detail. The hardware part of the basic system including microcontroller, Ethernet interface, GPRS communication, mp3decoder amplifier circuit, SD card memory circuit, RFID reader circuit and non-contact sensor signal processing circuit design.The system software adopts the layering design and modular development. Driver layer designs driver program for each hardware modules, including RS232and RS485, Ethernet, RFID module, SD card RTC, EEPROM, MP3decoding and GPRS module and so on. The system transplants fatfs file system to mange SD card. In addition, the system also realizes the TCP/IP protocol stack used for networking data communication. coordination and cooperation of various government departments.This paper analyzed the current the status and existing defects of China’s Overseas Labor Dispatching legal system, and proposed some legal countermeasures to resolve these issues. I hope it can be helpful on improving China’s Overseas Labor Dispatching legal system and strengthening the protection of legitimate rights and interests of dispatched labors. However, owing to the strong practice of this topic, the lack of empirical data, and few results of relative studies, there would be a lot of difficulties in writing this paper, I hope to get your understanding and suggestions.
