Research On The Investigation Countermeasures Of Motor Vehicle Insurance Fraud Cases

With the improvement of China's economic level,the number of cars per capita in China has been growing rapidly.At the same time,due to the sound development of our country's social security services and various insurance systems,all kinds of property insurance,including motor vehicle insurance,have made great progress.External economic progress has further promoted the increase in the number of insurance fraud,including motor vehicle insurance fraud.Embodied in manufacturing crash accident insurance fraud,repair shop deliberately expand vehicle damage,fictional insurance matters and have insured accident failed to claim to change the date,misappropriation of end-of-life vehicles file cover insurance fraud,an accident claims,drunken driving accident for alternative to insurance fraud and other motor vehicle insurance fraud insurance fraud increases population growth,Repair shop gang manufacturing motor vehicle insurance fraud series of cases emerge,the number of sharp rise.The number of motor insurance fraud crimes is prominent,which not only damages the interests of the insurer and disturbs the insurance market environment,but also easily causes many social problems caused by the moral decline caused by citizens' imitation.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to explore anti-motor insurance fraud.This paper studies the investigation countermeasures of motor vehicle insurance fraud cases through five parts: The first part summarizes the crime of insurance fraud and the crime of motor vehicle insurance fraud;The second part introduces the common means of motor vehicle insurance fraud from six aspects such as the garage's intentional expansion of vehicle damage,the malicious duplication of insurance and the claim for multiple accidents.The third part analyzes the seven characteristics of this kind of crime.The fourth part deduces the reason of its formation from the characteristics of the case.The fifth part explores the specific investigation strategies of motor vehicle insurance fraud cases from the aspects of analyzing early warning and discovering case clues,conducting scene investigation,investigation and interview,technical investigation measures and interrogation.
