In political, economic and cultural life of our country, township governments play an important role, functioning effectively for developing economics, constructing democracy and stabilizing the society. And they also play an irreplaceable role in solving the "three rural issues", contributing to the construction of a comprehensive well-off society and the building of a harmonious socialist society. Their operation is directly related to the improvement of the living quality of the farmers and rural stability.With the environmental changes at home and abroad, as well as the reform and further development of urban-rural integration, the "all-government" function of Tuanjie Town, established by the traditional system, has become increasingly difficult to adapt to the times and has become an obstacle to the development of Tuanjie Town.
