Russia’s Energy Diplomacy Strategy And The Energy Cooperation With The Northeast Asian Countries

At present， the form of energy consumption of the countries all over the worldis mainly to the oil and gas. Energy is the foundation of the development of nationaleconomy as a strategic resources， and it has profound implications for the stability ofthe society. And it even became the important factors which affect the stability ofpolitics and economy of the world. With the rapid development of the worldeconomy， the countries all over the world need more energy. Energy security hasalready become the important problem of which all countries concern. In order toensure their energy security， the countries all over the world have formulated theenergy diplomacy strategy. And they put the energy diplomacy as a important methodof ensuring their energy security.Russia as a energy superpower of the world， it has very rich energy resources，and its energy diplomacy strategy has had a significant impact to the whole worldenergy pattern. In recent years， with the rapid development of economy and the highdemand for energy of northeast Asia， Russia began to focus on northeast Asiaregion， and continually adjust its northeast Asia energy diplomatic strategy， andcarry out energy cooperation with northeast Asian countries.This paper mainly expounds the Russia’s energy strategy especially the energystrategy of northeast Asia and expounds the energy cooperation with the NortheastAsian countries. In the second chapter， the paper analyzes the reasons of the Russia energydiplomacy strategy and formation and development of Russia energy diplomacystrategy and detailed description of the Russian energy diplomatic strategy innortheast Asia， And discusses the Russia energy diplomacy strategy in northeastAsia.Chapter3is the most important part of this paper，this part discusses the causes，ways and characteristics of carrying out the energy diplomacy between the Russia andnortheast Asian countries. And this part discusses the present situation of the energydiplomacy and energy cooperation between the Russia and the northeast Asiancountries.In the fourth chapter，the part mainly analysis the prospects，the obstructionfactors and the countermeasures of carrying out the energy cooperation between theRussia and the northeast Asian countries.
