The Exploration Of Consultative Cultivating Method Of Social Organization

Along with the development of Chinese market and society, as well as the transformation of the government, the significance of social organizations rises. However, in China, social organizations is obviously unmatured and undeveloped. At the same time, It will take a long time for undeveloped social organizations to grow to maturity naturally. Hence, the research of how to support a social organization during its initial developing period has its academic value and realistic significance.This paper proposes a new cultivating method. This new method means "Government, other social organizations or individuals provide funds, sites and other resources. Under this circumstances, pay for professional social organizations’or social workers’consultancy service to assistant a social organization to develop". This method is named with "consultative cultivating method of social organization" in my paper, which is also the main object of my research. Through digging into the "Warm home" program and getting conclusion, this paper introduces several steps including bidding, previous survey, training, participating in service and project evaluation in details. My research takes the conclusion that consultative cultivating method has advantages of advanced concepts, professional, secured resources and clarified responsibility compared with other methods. It also points out that this method has drawbacks of weak independence. My paper contends that consultative cultivating method is a better choice for promoting a community social organization. In the end, this paper puts forward related suggestions according to the problems.
