Study On The Predicaments Of Cultivating Community Social Organizations Under The Background Of "The Interaction Among The Community,Social Organization And Social Work Team"

With the rapid development of Chinese society and the transformation of society,the community has gradually emerged.The original management system has been unable to meet the real needs of the community residents in time.Therefore,it requires the participation of social organizations and citizens to jointly conduct community governance.In order to stimulate the vitality of social organizations and promote social construction,the government began to promote the linkage model of the three agencies.Through the case study method,participatory observation method,and literature research method,with the case of the Y project in the social service project of “Three Socialism Linkage”in Wuchang District,this paper explores the mode and main predicament of social organization cultivation under the three-society linkage model.In the context of the linkage of the three agencies,the social organization of the X-Street has formed the guidance of the needs of the residents,the transformation of cultural organizations,the training of community organizations,the training of community social organizations,the development of social venture ventures as a way of fostering,and the access to social organizations.The threshold has been reduced,social workers have become professional models of community social organizations,community social organization members are aging,and the three social organizations have cultivated and fostered community-based social organizations.In the Y project,all project indicators cultivated by social organizations were completed or even exceeded,and the performance evaluation was excellent.However,after observing and researching in practice and analyzing the current difficulties and the reasons behind the cultivation of community social organizations under the background of the linkage between the three agencies,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the three-society linkage project promotes the rapid incubation of community social organizations.,It has positive significance for innovation community governance;Second,in the process of actual community social organization cultivation,due to the defects of the policy system,it is difficult for communities,social workers,and social organizations to truly achieve good interaction.Third,currently The cultivation of community social organizations in the context of the linkage of the three agencies has three major difficulties: poor professionalism,weak balance,and low sustainability.Fourth,the development of community organizations in China is not yet mature,and government support should also increase policy support.Strengthen the training of professionals,integrate external resources,enhance the community's embeddedness in social organizations,and improve the regulatory system and evaluation system.
