Migrantworkers are listed as the city’s population, but they are always in the edge position of city.Thelack of migrant workers’ citizenship is causing the one-sided of the development of China’surbanization and hindering the steady development of economy and the construction of aharmonious society. It is very important and urgent to realize the urbanization of farmerworkers rapidly. The main body of urbanization of farmer workers has turned to the newgeneration of after80and90.Taking example by inburgering experience and research resultsof the domestic and foreign to probe into the urbanization of the new generation and putsforward specific policy recommendations in order to provide certain reference and guidancefor solving these practical difficulties and speeding up the urbanization under the backgroundof urbanization promoted actively, by Marxism sociological ideology theory as the guide,comprehensive use various research methods, such as literature study, course cross,quantitative and qualitative analysis method.
