Research On The Protection Of Street Children’s Right

With the economic transition of China and the continuous development of society, thenumber of street children is showing a gradual upward trend. Our country has given a highattention to the protection of street children’s rights and has made large efforts. Because oflack of a complete legal system of children’s rights protection, the street children repeathigh frequency stray and can not really solve the problem of street children. This paperfirst analyzes the population of street children, the survival status, conservation status ofstreet children’s rights and describe the concept of street children. Then, point out the lackof the protection system of the street children’s rights. On this basis, put forward theproposal of improve street protection system of children’s rights response, including theprinciple of improve the legislation of the protection of street children’s rights, theperfection of relevant laws and the formulation of special laws, improvement of streetchildren’s guardianship system and the improvement of street children’s education system.
