| Migrant children are a special group formed in our nation's Urbanization process. Their normal growth and living are adversely affected, to a great extent, by migrant characters as they do not have fixed accommodation. As a result, the lack of their rights for livelihood, development, being protected and participation is not optimistic and should be attached great imPortance by the whole society.This thesis endeavors to analyze the current situation of as well as the reasons for the lack of legislation for the rights of our nation's migrant children .Besides, it aims at constructing rights-protecting containing both entity and procedure in view of how foreign nations protect children's proper rights.The thesis consists of four chapters. Chapter One is the introduction, introducing the research background. Chapter Two deals with general issues of migrant children's rights and their rights protection legislation. It mainly presents the relevant concepts, the present legislative situation and trend of children's rights protection. Chapter Three aims at legislation for migrant children's rights especially their rights protection in our nation. It mainly introduces the current situation, problems as well as reasons for our nation's lack of legislation for the rights of migrant children. Chapter Four is on the improvement of our nation's lawmaking for the migrant children. It chiefly introduces the suggestion conception of such a legislation improvement, involving the construction of the law on migrant children and the perfection of some relevant systems on migrant children. |
