Elementary Analysis Of The Legal Protection Of The Rights Of Migrant Workers

The salary of laborer right is the core content of the labor rights.Peasant worers havemade a significant contribution to our country in the process of urbanization,but there aresome serious problems that low wages of peasant workers,deduction of wages of peasantworkers,default of wages of peasant workers.These problems not only have affected thesurvival and development of themselves,but also have affected the whole society.In orderto realize the comprehensive construction well-off society goal,we should further researchthe problems and take effective measures to improve the status of peasant workers andmake them really enjoy the rich bring results of the reform and opening up to our country.In this paper,I study the wages of migrant workers rights through the relevant dataand some typical cases and analysis the reasons of of the violation of the right wages forpeasant workers:restrictions on household registration system,the presence ofcontractors,lack of market game mechanism,insufficient supervision of labor,wageprotection system is not perfect, institutional barriers of wages paid to make,then,I proposesome appropriate countermeasures: reform the household registration system,regulate theemployment in the market,improve the market game mechanism, improve the laborinspection system,establish the wage guarantee system fully,rebuild the payment ordersystem.
