The Research Of Ideoloigical And Political On Collegesand Universities’ Peasant-Workers

With the development of the reform of economic system in China and rapid modernization and urbanization of agriculture, peasant workers are a new and special group, which is a transformation of rural surplus labor. They work in the cities, who are the outcomes of social development in China and the necessary process for productivity development. There are a large number of peasant workers in China, who are the significant forces for the national modernization construction and are making a magnificent contribution to industrialization and modernization. To some extent, the social stabilization and economic development depend on the issue of peasant workers. Among them, the ones in colleges and universities are the special group. Recently, with the reform of educational system and the development of social reform of logistics in colleges and universities, some employers from the society are hired, which makes it possible for peasant workers to get a job in colleges and universities. As an important part of peasant workers, they work and serve in logistics system and contribute a lot to the stabilization and development of colleges and university. Meanwhile, at the lowest lever of the society, they do not get fair treatment on terms of social insurance and material living standards. We should not be optimistic about ideological and political education on peasant workers, especially the ones in colleges and universities. This thesis states the theory and meaning of ideological and political education on peasant workers in colleges and universities. Through the research of living condition and the feature of their thoughts, this thesis analyzes the problems existing in ideological and political education on peasant workers in colleges and universities, as well as the reasons, with the result that countermeasures are brought up in order to strengthen the ideological and political education.There are six parts in this thesis. The first part is the introduction, including background, the purpose and the research situation in and abroad. The second part is about the relative concepts, such as "peasant workers","peasant workers in colleges and universities", and theoretical foundation of ideological and political education on peasant workers in colleges and universities, including its theory, contents and meaning. It is illustrated in the third part concerning the situations about ideological and political education on peasant workers in colleges and universities.The problems in ideological and political education on peasant workers are pointed out in the fourth part, as well as its reasons. In the fifth part, the countermeasures are brought up in order to strengthen the ideological and political education from the following aspects:peasant workers themselves, administrative departments in colleges and universities, administrators and the whole system, which can peasant workers in colleges and universities can be transformed into modern people, invole in the harmonious construction of universities as soon as possible, and make a contribution to the stability and development.
