Study On University Students Party Building Work And Innovation Research In The New Period

Absorption of excellent molecules in young students to join the Communist Party of China,is a basic policy and ensure that the Chinese Communist Party’s organization and construction. Inthe development process of Chinese Communist Party in90years, our country has alwaysattached great importance to the job of students’ party building.with the deepening of reform andopening-up, nation, the party, the school situation has undergone profound changes.With themarket economy more and more high, values diversity trend more and more obvious.In today’sinformation age, the ideology of the differentiation is more and more outstanding.The job ofbuilding college students’ party is endowed with a new connotation,to maintain the advancednature and purity of student party members is the main content,also is the urgent problemdemanding prompt solution.Since the reform and opening up,college students’ Party construction has made greatachievements:the activists and the student Party member team is constantly growing;the standardof development of the activists and party members in the college students is strengthened;studentparty members play an exemplary and vanguard role to a certain extent.;students’ party politicalcore and fighting forts role are enhanced overall.However, a questionnaire survey results forsome college students shows:63.76%of the students join the party in order to seek betteremployment opportunities;64.23%of the students think that the effect of the education andtraining of Party members is general;43.01%of the students think the battle fort action of theParty branch of students is in general play; etc. It is thus clear that there are problems to be solvedabout the development of student party members, education and the construction of Partybranch.For example:the utilitarian motives,quantity and quality unbalance,attach importance tothe development of despise education,education strength being not strong,the education effectbeing not obvious,Party member consciousness being weak,the battle fort effect being notstrong,the Internet’s service being not strong,quality of party workers being not high and so on.To solve these problems, we must strengthen the innovation of Party construction work ofCollege Students（:1）In the aspect of the development of student party members:we must achieveearly seedling selection,early education,early training,early practice,early supervision;establishthe investigation of motivation to join the party,thought report,follow up survey respondentmechanism,accountability mechanisms and innovate the answer,test positive,the development ofpublicity mechanism.（2）In the education:we must strengthen the ideological and PoliticalEducation,Strengthen the ideal and belief education,strengthen the party spirit training and theexercise and strengthen the integrity education,; carry out Party School Education actively,carryout reading activities actively,carry out development of object or individual talk Forum,learnindependently,and innovate regular analysis of party spirit;combine the education andemployment education,combine basic platform and network platform,combine theory andpractice,combine school education and self education.（3）In the field of management:we mustcarry out target management, performance management and quantitative management.（4）In the aspect of supervision:we must improve the supervision mechanism;innovate the method of thestudents’party members, combine the inner party supervision and outside supervision;increase theintensity of punishment, smooth the export of student party members.（5） In the branchconstruction:we must attach great importance to the organization of student Party branch oflife,promote the construction of learning student Party branch;promote the construction pure typeof student Party branch; enhance online party building services; improve the quality of Partyworkers.
