This essay is based on the basic spirit of the party’s spiritual motivation,connotation of its own nature, characteristics and their social value, and combined withthe fact of building a harmonious Long Jiang, intended to use the guidance of scientifictheories for harmony-Long Jiang construction to provide a powerful spiritual power.This paper is divided into four parts described, and now the basic structure is as follows:The first part is the introduction, including the issues raised, the purpose, thesignificance of research, Research, research methods, and innovation of this paper. Thispart will unfold the current study about the spiritual driving force from different aspectsto lay the foundation for this study.The second part is the theoretical part, including the interpretation of the concept ofmental power, the characteristics of spiritual power, the hierarchy of spiritual power andthe function of the spiritual power. This part will show the spiritual power by a completetheoretical system, it will be a theoretical basis of the practical problems in the thirdchapter, and the practical research in the Chapter IV.The third part is about the problem, including the current analysis about thespiritual power resources of building a harmony-Long Jiang, the content these resourcesincluded and characteristics of the spiritual power resources, problems of spiritualresources in building a harmonious Long Jiang and their causes, this part combined withthe reality of Da Qing and analyze the spirit of Da Qing, the spirit of passing throughthe East and some main advantages in the Long Jiang spirit, and analyze itsshortcomings and causes in reality promote to lay the foundation for the realistic waysof problem solving.The fourth chapter is the practical part, from the basic principles to be followed in the role of the spiritual impetus, to the specific mechanism of the spirit of dynamicaction, and then to the specific path of highlighting the spiritual motivation, thisincludes the economic path, the cultural path and the ecological path.
