With the gradual enhancement of our living, the way of people’s life also hasgreatly changed. Tourism is a common way of people enjoy life. However, for manypeople, especially young people,are no longer satisfied with existing forms of tourism,they begin to pursue a more fresh, more exciting independent travel, which is a newself-challenge mode. After all, independent travel is a new activity, people in the heartand soul at the same time, accompanied by varying degrees of risk. Since there is noexistence of the relevant laws responsibility on independent travel, making accidentresponsibility difficult to implement after the occurrence of disputes, especially theresponsibility of the organizers of the Walks is not clear.In order to better analyze the legal issues related to Tours, clear the organizers ofthe civil liability, this article is divided into four chapters,which is comprehensivelyelaborate understanding and the understanding of independent travel, anticipatingcontributing the meager force to our country’s development of independent travel,andpromoting the tourism development and progress.
