Our Constitution's Protection Of Human Rights Mechanism

On March 14^th, 2004, the clause that the state respects and protects human right was written to the constitution in the amendment to the constitution. the clause in the process of human right in our country, the constitution in our country play an important role in the protecting of human right. there is relief, human right, as the most basic right of the citizens, was given the essential protection from the constitution. However, because at present, China has not constructed perfect protecting mechanism of constitutional human right, the constitutional protection of human right, this paper analyzed the cause that the constitutional protection of China human right is inadequate. Furthermore, the writer puts forward some general suggestions on strengthening the constitutional protection of China human right and makes a deep analysis on the problems that exist in structuring the constitutional protection system. this paper developed the detailed discussion from four parts: the introduction discussed the relationship between human right .
