Research On Harmonious Society’s Technology Evelopment And Policy System

Being the first productivity, Science and technology is the main force ofmaterial civilization, spiritual civilization and ecological civilization. It promotesthe economic development of the society and brings with deep reform to therelation of production. Especially when creating the socialist harmonious societybecomes the goal of the ruling party to govern the country and stabilize the state,higher requirements are promoted for the making of the technology strategy andscientific technology. How to make scientific and reasonable strategy according tothe requirements of socialist harmonious society, and to push technologicalimprovement, promote the economic development and relieve the socialcontradiction, improving people’s living is that important. The thesis studies thestrategic system of creating harmonious society from the need of technologicalrequirement.This thesis probes into three major dimensions.In the first part, the author summarizes the connotation of the harmonioussociety and its strategic targets, concentrating firstly on the system of theory onharmony, harmonious society and the content of the harmonious society, andsecondly on the proposition, significance, development and achievement of thestrategic targets of the harmonious society, providing a theoretical base for thefollowing part.The second part looks into the requirements for science and technologydevelopment of building a harmonious society on three levels: for balancing manwith nature, for interpersonal harmony, and for the development of man andsociety in harmony.The third part is an analysis of the science and technology policy system forbuilding a harmonious society, containing three aspects: the first on the scienceand technology policy and its role in a harmonious society, the second onbalancing man with nature using science and technology, the third on the realization of all-round development of man through an education of science andtechnology, and the last on the promotional effects of science and technologyinnovation on the society’s full-scale development.
