Food safety risk is so, it is with the continuous development of productive forces and of generation, and can be controlled through the regulation means. It not only promotes the human behavior introspection and self-criticism, even in modern society has become the main motive force of development, promote the modernization of self transformation.This paper focuses on the government regulation on food safety risk.。 Risk regulation, namely the establishment of professional institutions, potentially contributing to the public hazard risk assessment and monitoring, and through the development of rules, supervision and enforcement of legal means to eliminate or reduce risk activity.
