The Legitimacy Of China's Urban Management Law Enforcement

With the economic development of faster and faster, increasing the level of urbanization, living environment improvement and appearance of the city to rectify increasing deregulation. Town people enjoy the convenience of living conditions, has also been encountered in the process of urbanization problems plagued such as population movement rate increased traffic problems, urban planning the transformation, the gap between the rich and the poor is increasingly widening, environmental awareness around the corner. Social conflict increased significantly. Which is one aspect of the contradiction between urban management and mobile vendors, we can say is that we have become commonplace, there are a lot of conflict stories in our midst, urban management and the use of violence in law enforcement, or the small traders in the process of violent resistance to law killed or wounded city management. It can be said that some mobile vendors to our lives that can bring great convenience, economic and efficient and affordable, but another point of view is contradictory and municipal construction, must be to regulate the management. Heard of the phenomenon we see also illustrates some problems, such as job placement of the floating population, the relevant law is imperfect, and so on, need further study. Therefore, I, through the analysis of the status quo of the city inspectors and the presence of a variety of issues, explore legal aspects of urban management and law enforcement unreasonable, and analyze the legality of the theoretical level, want to be able to explore some effective measures to improve the performance of China’s Urban Management law enforcement.First part of this introduction, introduces the back ground of this paper, the significance of the topic, as well as the status quo at home and abroad on this subject; the second part is an overview of the Urban Management law enforcement, articles, and the five-part analysis to pave the way for the whole paper. Third part of the article is introducing the concept of legitimacy which is the basis of the full text includes the related legitimacy theory carding, the level division and the category division. Part four is the key chapter, it is divided in accordance with the third part of the article, four kinds of legitimacy types, the lack of the legitimacy of the targeted discussion of China’s urban management enforcement process. The fifth part is about modeling of the legitimacy of the Urban Management law enforcement.
