Network With The Corruption Problem Research In China In The New Period

With the development of internet technology, it has offered a new platform for citizens to supervise their rights and to be involved in fighting corruption, which has also caused the emergence of network anti-corruption. At present, network anti-corruption has become an important trend for fighting corruption in China. It greatly promotes the reform of effective anti-corruption, expanding the supervision of civil rights and improving the government management as well. Meanwhile, network anti-corruption itself has gradually revealed its unavoidable shortcomings and negative effects. At the new times of network anti-corruption, it brought not only opportunities but also challenges. In the face of these, it’s an urgent problem for the government to work out how to make good use of the advantages of network in fighting corruption.The paper is divided into five parts:the first part:introduction----a simple listing about network anti-corruption in China and abroad. The second:the theory and practice of fighting corruption----a narrative analysis of the theory and progress of fighting corruption in China now, and a focus on the background, the phenomenon, and the characteristics of network anti-corruption to show that fighting corruption has been conducted through modern network technology. The third part:it has offered a new fighting field for anti-corruption in the world with the widespread of network information technology. This part analyzes the supportive factors and present limitations to define the directions of the development of the brand-new network anti-corruption. The fourth part:it involves the countermeasure analysis of the sound development of promoting network anti-corruption, and the investigation and analysis of sound development of fighting corruption in the network environment in an omni-bearing and tridimensional perspective, from the government to citizens, from subjective consciousness to objective environment. It’s expected that the anti-corruption will be achieved better in the new historical situation and background through the joined efforts of each participant.In order to make the network play a positive role in fighting corruption, it’s a must that the government should make good use of the advantages of network information technology in fighting corruption, reinforce the support of the law and system, and take administrative means appropriately to guarantee the sound development of network anti-corruption, and promote the enthusiasm of citizens in fighting corruption. Therefore, the government should be a constructor of public network infrastructures, a guardian of sound law and legislation environment, an inspirer of citizens in involving anti-corruption, a provider of institutionalized network anti-corruption, a leader of network consensus as well as a constructer of network culture.
