The Research On The Integration Of The Masses And The Trial In The Central Soviet Area

The integration of the masses and the trial was a new mode of trial which was found by the Soviet Regime.It made the mass line and trial combined with each other.It absorbed the masses to supervise the trial to teach them complyed with the law and encouraged them to participate the revolution. The integration of the masses and the trial had three roles:punishing violations,publicizing legislation.and accepting the democratic supercvision.It realized the transparency of trial,increased the deterrent of trial.and expanded its social influence in the Central Soviet Area.It mobilized the masses to participate the armed struggle and construction efffectivly,and guaranteed the right to democratic supervision of the masses. Of course.the integration of the masses and the trial raised some problem in practice.It ignored the specialization of the trial and the provision of the law, which damaged the equity of the soviet trial.This article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is introduction.It reviews the academic history of the integration of the masses and the trial firstly.and then introduces the theme.foundation and data of this article.The second chapter is the content and the reason of the integration of the masses and the trial.It tells the reader that what the integration of the masses and the trial is and why the soviet regime need to do it.The third chapter describes from a practical point of view that how the integration of the masses and the trial applicate in the Central Soviet Area,which is focus on the overt.assizes.and the trial of the masses.It analyze these phenomenon in systems and practice to investigate the integration of the masses and the trial.The fourth chapter discusses the active role of the integration of the masses and the trial in the revolution and construction,which is based on the essential characteristics of the trial.The fifth chapter elaborates that what attitude should us to take by analyze the problem the integration of the masses and the trial raised and the attitude which the soviet regime especially the judiciary takes.The last chapter is the conclusion. The author believes that, the integration of the masses and the trial unleashed the greatest impact of the Social influence of trial.won the support of workers and prasants,and consolidated political power of the Central Soviet Area.As a model of the combination of trial and the mass line,the research on the integration of the masses and the trial still have significance for dealing with the current relation between trial and the mass line.
