The Study Of The Problems And Countermeasures In Our Country’s Crisis Communication

With the rapid development of the Economic Globalization and information sciencetechnology，which is driving the holistic development of the global economy, society,culture, education; there are may different unstable factors coming out, which are enlargingthe variety possibilities of crisis. Nowadays, China is during the key period of rural socialand economic transition, parochial and parochial crises happen a lot, people are facingproblem of getting the information with differences. The government is the main body ofthe crisis management. When the crisis happens, the government is the main guider towardsthe media and people, which means that the crisis communication is the precondition ofcrisis management and the guarantee of the process. According to the cases of ‘SARS’,water pollution of the Songhua River and Yong-Wen Line rear-end accident in2011, thearticle is based on this main idea with the study of the object of crisis communication, andprocessing a multiple perspective of research.The main body of this article is divided into three parts:The first part is systematically stating the relative contents of the public crisismanagement and crisis communication, then having a clear impression of characteristic,effect of crisis communication, and stating the importance of crisis communication inChina.The second part is mainly introducing the status quo and the achievements we’ve got incrisis communication. Via the cases in recent years, help us to find out the problem andmaking thorough analysis.The third part is based on sharing the valuable crisis communication experiences inother countries.The fourth part is based on the above statements, putting forward specific measures toconsummate our crisis communication.The aim of this study is to combine our country’s facts and other countries advanced experiences and via the case study of our status quo to sum up the effective way to upgradeour crisis communication and，by using the upmost efficiency, the minimum managementcost, the fast speed. In this way, the government can have much more effective way tomange crisis, to decrease the loss, to keep the stability of our society, to increase thedevelopment of economy, to improve the people’s living standard.
