Research On The Running Status Of The Communication Mechanism Of The Party-Masses At The Present Stage

The development of the human society is generally forward to be increasingly civilized. The change and development for the society was necessary with the division of people. The historical evolution, though with twists and turns, promotes the society to be more advanced. During the long process, two kinds of basic contradictions, namely, productive forces versus productive relations, economic foundation versus superstructure coexist all along. This causes complex relations that form the general pattern of the development of human society is the ultimate motivation. And it is the human beings who liberate and promote the productive forces by mental and physical labor. That is to say, human beings are the developmental subject of the society. With the strengthening of the political pattern of multi-polarization of the world, nations of social difference shall not take the same governance modes. But nearly all the governors need to face the same problem-- to coordinate the contradiction in order to promote their GDP. Generally speaking, most of the governors in modern nations are parties, who stand for a particular political group and manage other social classes. During their ruling process, they emphasize on interaction with people under their rule in order to promote the rapid progress of the society.At present, the system of government implemented in China is multi-party cooperation and the CPC is leader. This kind of system, suitable to China’s national conditions, has withstood the test for a long time in the revolution and constructive practice and led China to one of the strong nations of the world. It can be said that the history of the CPC is the running-in process of China. Party-masses’ relation, which is one of the fundamental political issues that concerns life and death of the CPC’s Cause. As time goes by, how to maintain the close Party-masses’ relation becomes a core issue for the CPC. For the truth, the author intends to introduce this background for his subject, current research of the related fields and the line of thoughts of writing this paper. Then the author divides the body of the paper into four parts to explain the related theories, operational status, adverse factors of the communication mechanism of the Party-masses’ relation in the new period of China, and aims to provide reference for the similar issues in the new century. The details are shown to the next.First, the paper explains the basic theories of the communication mechanism of the Party-masses’ relation in this part. It mainly shows the system of government implemented in China to define the concept of the Party-masses’ relation. Also the author analyses the political communication to combine it with the work of the Party-masses into one part. This is the new point in this paper.Secondly, the author divides the socialist construction into different stages according to the Party’s development, mainly analyses the operational status of the communication mechanism in China, and thus stresses the necessity of positive operation of the communication mechanism of the Party-masses’ relation.Thirdly, for the truth that all Chinese try their best to construct China richer and better under the leadership of the CPC, the author points out the problems and causes in the communication mechanism for the party-masses’ relation from the following three aspects: the basic form of the political communication, the indication of the system of government and the affects from the change of the world, etc. Thus aims to explore the combating principles to the problems.Finally, the author tries to know the countermeasures from the Marxism Theory and proposes suggestions from several aspects: to strengthen the construction of the CPC, promote the masses’ quality, widen the communication channels of the Party-masses’ relation, consummate the political affair, etc.
