Inner Mongolia Prison Front-Line Police Occupation Career Management Problem And The Countermeasure Research

The prison police plays very important role in harmonious society, stability, fairness. Their abilities and qualities, relations with the prison health development and upgrade the overall quality of the prison police team. With the complexity of the structure, the prison has many enormous challenges, such as execution philosophy, rules and regulations operational mechanism, and regulatory approaches. The prison police work is facing great challenge and pressure, there are many problems to be solved, such as how to carry out the scientific and effective occupation career management, strengthen construction of team, fully mobilize the front-line police initiative, creativity to deal with the problems.The Object of this study is the prison police in Inner Mongolia. The author tried to use the theory of industry and scholars on the management of the civil service career, combined with the occupational characteristics of the prison police, career management theory and practical experience of the role of the prison police, to analysis of the influencing factors of the Inner Mongolia prison system, police professional status and career management. And then the authors want to explore the functional departments of the prison system authorities in the career development process of the prison police. Final, the author gave some advices for how to improve prison polices career management.
