The Psychological Research And Adjustments To Prison Police In Jiangxi Province

In recent years,our country has gradually deepened the concept of prison management?The government has tried to make the prison from the "punitive" to "education" based.Prison police is the smallest unit of prison management,their work status directly determines whether the “education” concept can be realized.Therefore,the mental health of prison guards has been paid more attention by management and social circles.The mental health of police direct influence on the effect of law enforcement.Compared with the psychological research of police officers in many developed countries and regions,the research in our country is lagged behind,which has led to the failure of the law enforcement process and the enforcement of police officers in china.The current prison work should reflect not only the seriousness of punishment,but also the humanity of the criminals.These ideas can be realized Only by the prison police in good working and psychological state.Therefore,pay more attention to the psychological health status to prison police,is the way to promote the development of China's prison administration.This paper mainly uses the method of literature,case analysis and questionnaire to analyze the health status of prison guards in Jiangxi Province,and puts forward the countermeasures to adjust the psychological state.The innovation point may lie on the quality evaluation method in human resource management,and compare the characteristics of the basic prison guards' work with those of higher mental activities in psychology.The shortcomings of this article is due to subjective resistance,understanding deviation,deliberate guidance,negative treatment of subjective and objective conditions,the results of the questionnaire survey may not necessarily reflect the real state;the reading inducing and analyzing relevant information may be incomprehensive.This paper outlines the research background and significance,literature review at home and abroad first.Then uses advanced prison police psychological health theory to design related questionnaire,analyze the sample statistics.the results of the questionnaire point to the mental health status of the guards will affect the prison management work.Finally,this paper stands at the side of management,considers to the influence of work environment,family relations,social public opinion,mental health to prison guards,Put forward some adjustments to solve the problems of the police guards' mental health.The adjustments may provide some references for the deepen of our prison management work.
