Legal Consideration Of The Lawyers’Professional Ethics Anomie

With the development of the society and economy, people’s legal consciousness is continuously reinforced. The lawyers in our country are developed quickly, and the quality of them is constantly improved. More and more highly educated and compound talents joined, the team of lawyers, so that the whole quality of the lawyers has a gradually rising trend. However, due to many reasons, the lawyer occupation moral is declining with the rapid development of lawyer occupation. Money worship, commercial tendency is rampant in lawyers, so there has a sharp contradiction between our country and society’s high standard for lawyers and some low quality lawyers. So the case of LiZhuang is not by chance, we should let this be a warning, and the construction of our lawyers’moral brooks no delay.From the perspective of LiZhuang’s case, this paper has four parts. The first part narrated the basic theory of the lawyer occupation moral, the second part analyzed the current situation and the reasons of lawyer occupation moral anomie in our country presently, the third part is a summary of the system design and its enlightenment of the foreign lawyer moral regulation, and the last part put a specific way of improving our lawyer occupation moral.
