This paper to social justice of the housing security policy as the studyof subject, which is an applicable empirical research of cross-fields inpolitics and sociology.In the modern society, housing has the characteristics of collectiveconsumer goods, thus, the problem of housing is not only the importantproblem of peoples livelihood, but also the important political problemof administering a country, and it also requires the housing securitypolicy that must conform to the principle of social justice. The paperfocuses on the social fairness problem to the housing security policydocuments after2000years promulgated by the government ofShanghai analysis and interpretation. As far as the specific researchway is concerned, the paper based upon the previous relevantresearch, combined with actual situation in China, set the analysisframework of housing security justice, and based on this analysisframework to Shanghais low-rent housing policy, economicallyaffordable housing policy, public rental housing and resettlementhousing policy respectively investigate.This paper was divided four chapters constitute: chapter1,inaddition to explain the research topic and study method of selectedtopic and focus on the research of the past studies of knowledge，based on the social justice theory and the situation of our country,putting forward the analysis framework of the social justice on housingsecurity. The second chapter divided into four parts, respectivelyexpound the evolution process and the current policy content on theShanghai housing security policy system—low-rent housing policy,affordable housing policy, public rental room policy and resettlementhouses policy. Chapter3divided into four parts, which turn on analysisof social justice policy on Shanghais low-rent housing policy, affordable housing policy, public rental room policy and resettlement housespolicy. The fourth chapter is part of the conclusion of the paper,Shanghai current housing security social justice to the policy,concluding summary and predict the future development.
