Study On The Influential Factors Of The Philosophies Of Uman Nature Among Soldiery

Human nature is essential attribute，which is predetermined internal and externalcharacteristic of human being and different form qualities of animal.The views of Humannature is basic view、opinion and attitude，and Philosophies of Human Nature is people’sopinion about other’s behaviour pattern.many study shows that there is intimate relationshipbetween Philosophies of Human Nature and mental health. In addition，professionalsoldiers have special views of Human nature because of they are members of specialprofessional group, also, To some extent，soldier’s mental health could be showed byPhilosophies of Human Nature. Besides，because character of soldiers，their’s group valueview and belief chould be reflected by philosophies view of human nature，so favorablephilosophies view is conducive to strengthen fighting capacity of army.It is necessary toundstand philosophies view of human nature of modern soldiers and officer forpsychologist in army. So they can direct soldiers to build up correct view about life、value、benefit and right. This is a study which research Influential Factors of the Philosophies ofHuman Nature among Soldiery，it is in order to understand current situation of Philosophiesof Human Nature among Soldiery and provide effective basis for mental intervention inarmy.1040soldiers and officer were selected in this study，there are556ground soldiers，142airmen and342army. Thire age、family and marry state、education、arm of theservices、military age、military rank are investigated by demography questionary. ThirePhilosophies of Human Nature、mental health state、left event and personality were measureby PHN、RPHN、SCL-90、LES and EPQ，and statistics by SPSS18.0.Result shows：1、There are high score in the general conditions of Philosophies of Human Nature andevery factors of PHN and RPHN，value of standard deviation is high，also it higher thanmena； 2、There was different Philosophies of Human Nature among different military age、military rank、arm of the services and education；3、There was correlation between every factor score of Philosophies of Human Natureand every factors of EPQ（(r=-0.254~0.304，P<0.05），there was correlation between veryfactor score of Philosophies of Human Nature and every factors of LES，(r=-0.166~0.047，P<0.05，P<0.01)；there was correlation between very factor score of Philosophies of HumanNature and every factors of SCL-90(r=-.284~0.046，P<0.05，P<0.01);4、The result of regression analysis shows，mental health state、left event andpersonality chould predicat Philosophies of Human Nature（β=-0.25～0.25，P<0.01）；5、The result of path analysis shows，there were direct affect form mental health state、left event and personality to Philosophies of Human Nature，there was indirect affect formleft event to Philosophies of Human Nature through mental health state and personality.Conclusion of this study are：1、There are high-leve Philosophies of Human Nature among Soldiery and there aredifferent Philosophies of Human Nature among different military age、military rank、arm ofthe services and education；2、There are correlation between Philosophies of Human Nature and mental healthstate、left event and personality of Soldiery;3、There notable influence form mental health state、left event and personality toPhilosophies of Human Nature of Soldiery;4、It is necessary to build up different intervention measures focus to different militaryage、military rank、arm of the services and education Soldiery，and favorable mental healthstate、left event and personality be propitious to Philosophies of Human Nature of Soldiery，and the reverse is also true.
